Targeted Giving
At Redeemer, we are always looking for ways to faithfully use the gifts God provides through our congregation. This year, you may hear us talk about Targeted Giving. Simply put, Targeted Giving is when we invite the congregation to support a specific ministry or project through a special appeal during the year.
Instead of funding these items fully through the regular church budget, we set a goal and invite members to give toward that specific purpose. The funds become available for the ministry as they are raised, helping us see what ministries the congregation feels especially called to support.
Here are some of those areas you can give:
Easter Flowers & Palms - Envelopes and enclosed forms are located at the Welcome Desk. Fill out the form and turn it in with your contribution by March 29.
Youth Summer Mission/Service Trip to Charleston, SC - Redeemer has seven youth attending this faith-filled experience where they will grow in their relationship with Jesus while serving others in need. Our Targeted Giving amount for this trip is $7,000. While it would be wonderful to reach the full amount, our immediate goal is $5,250, which would cover 75% of the trip cost and leave families with only about $250 per student. Envelopes have been included in Sunday's bulletin. You can also give online HERE. When we give, we follow the example of Jesus, who taught us to love our neighbors and serve those in need. Your gift helps make it possible for our youth to live out their faith, share Christ’s love, and grow as disciples. Please consider making an offering toward this special appeal and helping our youth serve in Jesus’ name.
Worship Special Musicians - Be a part of the music (like Metro Brass) that help make Redeemer's worship services impactful by giving! You can give in person or online HERE.
