Sign-Ups & Due Date
The Giving Tree - Thank you so much for all of the donations for “The Giving Box” that was installed at Redeemer! We are still in need of donations to keep it stocked long enough for the community to know it’s there to help us keep it stocked. Click HERE to see the list.
Coffee Corner Help - We are looking for more volunteers to help keep “Corner” going on Sundays after worship service. Coffee hosts would serve about every 6 weeks and the training is easy! Serving is a great way to get to know more our our Redeemer family. Contact Carole Heller (651-434-4567) or Bev Gillespie (651-429-6449) for more information or to sign up!
Prayer Shawls: are available for those in need of comfort. Let us know and we’ll help you get “wrapped up in prayer!”
Holiday Fair: Silent Auction - The Holiday Fair will be here sooner than we think! Consider donating a gift card to your favorite restaurant or grocery store, tickets to plays, sporting events or cabin stays, baskets and more. Questions? Contact Deb Gardner.
Holiday Fair: Cookie Plates - Assorted Christmas cookie plates were a popular item at the Holiday Bake Sale. People have previously donated cookies for the Scandinavian Coffee Shop. Last year, volunteers donated additional Christmas cookies, allowing us to make assorted cookie plates. And this year, we would like to make even more plates. Please let Myrna Carlson know if you would be willing to make 2 dozen Christmas cookies to help create these plates (651-429-0902).
Share the Bounty - “What will I do with the extra zucchini I grew. Or the tomatoes and cucumbers. Or corn. Or potatoes. I don’t want them to go to waste. I know!!! On Sundays, I can take them to Redeemer’s Share the Bounty table. I can leave my extras for others to take home. There may be other produce I don’t grow which I can take for my family.” Any produce left over will be delivered to the WBL Area Food Shelf on Mondays. What a marvelous way to share in God’s bounty!
Confirmation Guide Needed - We are looking for an adult volunteer to serve as a Confirmation Guide. We’ll meet on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Wednesdays of each month from 6:30–8:00 p.m., beginning September 16, at St. Stephen. This is a wonderful opportunity to walk alongside our youth, build meaningful relationships, and help support them in their faith journey. If you’re interested or would like to learn more, please reach out to Melissa at mwhitman@redeemerwhitebear.org.
See Primetime’s fall schedule!
